Ms Hartley hails from Rhode Island where she performed with the Ocean State Lyric Opera, including The Sorcerer, The Mikado, The Gondoliers, and Princess Ida. She worked in the choruses of Carmen and La Boheme as well, at the fabled Veterans Memorial Auditorium, and A Christmas Carol at Trinity Rep in Providence.She earned her MFA in Acting at The Theatre School of DePaul, won a Jeff Award for playing the witch, Salome, in The Robber Bridegroom (Griffin Theatre). Credits include The Three Sisters, Piven Theatre, The Yeoman of the Guard, Light Opera Works, Wild Nights with Emily, Caffeine Theatre, and the long running Jacques Brel; Songs of Love and War at Theo Ubique.
